STANDEAZLES (tm) -- and how to make them with a Boxmaker.

Click here for a PDF file.

  • Let's say you have a 3 x 5" photo or artwork and you want to display it on
a table, dresser or mantlepiece. How can you do that easily?
  • Make yourself a STANDEAZEL. And put the two together as shown above.
  • They FOLD FLAT if you want to put them away or send them to your
    Grandmother in an envelope.

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE THEM ...

  1. The front panel and the back panel are the same size. Either use the same
length and width as the photo -- or add borders of whatever size you want.
  2. To mount a 3 x 5" photo -- cut a cardstock sheet to 10" x 3" and score in the
center with your Boxmaker. See (A) above.
  3. Cut a 3" x 6" cardstock sheet (B) for the base and score at 1", 3" and 5" from
    the left edge as shown.
  4. Fold up as shown as glue together along the two bottom edges.
  5. Use the same principle for any size photo or artwork. The STANDEAZEL can
be made out of one piece of cardstock or 2 pieces of cardstock glued together.
