Google's non-response.

We tried to email Google about the information on our TARGET-FOCUSED SYSTEM of finding information on the Internet.

Unfortunately we could not find an email address -- so we sent an email to a Google "Help forum" -- which should be called an "Help-forum-NOT" -- which Google has evidently set up to shield Google from direct contact with the untouchable caste of American Internet users.

The following "A", "B" and "C" tells what happened next.

"A" was received by me from Christy -- obviously a Google employee -- reproduced in red between the next two horizontal lines.

Google do not off er free support. (sic.) You have to be an apps user for support

"B" I replied to Christy -- my response is in blue
"Thanks Christy,

You wrote -- Only "apps users" can email Google?

I find your reply puzzling.

What is an "apps user"??

Seems to me like a strange way to run a business that depends on the transfer of information. That is a philosophy that seems more like a government bureaucracy (the CIA) than a public company. Didn't you guys once promise to "do no evil"?

This might not be "evil" -- but it is, at least, graceless, faceless and rude. At one point in America's business history, it was considered very rude to fail to reply to a business letter."

Shame on Google, their management brass-duo, and their carefully designed system which protects them from polite customer comment.

The Emperor has no clothes -- and Google has lost its face.
